New Salad Recipe

My favorite time of the year is here!! Spring time not only brings great weather and beautiful colors, it also brings outdoor eating with family and friends and my kitchen time is quicker with salads, smoothies and easy recipes
This is one of my easy spring-summer salads
Just rocket leaves, pine nuts Parmesan cheese, a bit of garlic, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper
