I want to help you to get into healthy habits so we will start with the right weekly shopping list for January
For breakfas: cereal high in fibra, semi milk, brown bread, medium eggs , fruit
For lunch : brown pasta, brown rice, lentils, beans, potatoes
For dinner : salmon, cod, breast of turkey, breast of chicken, filet steak, pepers, musroom , tomatoes, brocoly, carrots, courgets, letltes , peas,
Always at home : olive oil, butter, onions, garlic , black peper
Snacks: fruit, light yogurts, unsalted nuts
